FAQ (Frequent asked question)
Here, the delivery method stands for the way of delivering your products, rather than the payment terms& conditions.
Standard Delivery method
Standard delivery is common, the most economical delivery method nowadays. It basically delivers the products by sea. The product will be packed in containers, where the containers will then be on board and ready to ship out to another country. It’s international trading under such a case. There will be tax and clearance involved in the process. Usually, this business is handled by a professional shipping company rather than ourselves. However, as our quotation is a FOB price,(for more information on this, please refer to here) so we will be responsible until the products really ship out.

Payment method with L/C
L/C stands for “letter of credit”. It’s a common and trustworthy payment method when companies and customers are having their first co-operation.
We will briefly explain it here, and for more information and an official explanation, click here. Alternatively, you can view on our another FAQ for an easy-understanding explanation as well.

The process of L/C
This L/C is then issued by the buyer’s bank (known as issuing bank) and is generally sent to the seller and his bank (known as the nominated bank).
The seller then proceeds to prepare his goods and documents based on the L/C. Once the shipment has been accomplished, the seller will take the copies of all the documents as per the instructions on the L/C to his bank. His bank checks the veracity and correctness of the submitted documents against the L/C specifications.
Once the bank is satisfied that the docs and shipment are in accordance with the L/C, they pay the seller the money that is due to him as per the price agreed between him and the buyer.
The nominated bank then sends all the docs to the issuing bank who cross verify the same and once they are satisfied with the conditions, they reimburse the receiving bank the money that they paid to the seller.
The issuing bank then advises the buyer that the shipment has been effected and that they are in possession of all the docs. The buyer then arranges to pay the issuing bank the money that has been reimbursed by them to the receiving bank.
Upon receipt of these funds, the issuing bank then endorses the bill of lading so that the cargo can be released to the buyer.
The reason why we need it
Letter of credit advantages for the seller
- The seller has the obligation of buyer’s bank’s to pay for the shipped goods;
- Reducing the production risk, if the buyer cancels or changes his order
- The opportunity to get financing in the period between the shipment of the goods and receipt of payment (especially, in case of deferred payment).
- The seller is able to calculate the payment date for the goods.
- The buyer will not be able to refuse to pay due to a complaint about the goods
Letter of credit advantages for the buyer
- The bank will pay the seller for the goods, on condition that the latter presents to the bank the determined documents in line with the terms of the letter of credit;
- The buyer can control the time period for shipping of the goods;
- By a letter of credit, the buyer demonstrates his solvency;
- In the case of issuing a letter of credit providing for delayed payment, the seller grants credit to the buyer.
- Providing a letter of credit allows the buyer to avoid or reduce pre-payment

The time it takes/ production time for you to have your product mostly depends on the quantity you ordered.
Production time
We have a capacity of approximately 100 thousand/working days. It can afford most of the production requirements. However, there are several processes that need to go through and we have clear production management. Therefore, the production for an order is 7 working days on average.
Delivery time
For delivering your products, there are mainly two methods that you can choose from. They are express and standard respectively. The express method stands for delivering the products by airline, whereas the standard method is delivering by sea. Both of them are available. Considering the production time, it’s always better to choose “express” as it takes approximately 7 working days to reach any corner on this planet. The standard delivery will take about 3 weeks. However, it needs to be collected by the customers themselves.For more information about delivery method, please click here.
By adding up the production and delivery time, you will have a rough idea of how long it takes from our factory to your door/business company, which is the production time.
Possible Extra time
We all know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. There are several situations that could potentially increase the production time. Such as, delay in border clearance, shipping delay because of difficult weather. However, all these factors would only cause a few days of delay. We will notify you when there is uncertainty and change in the plan, so that you could easily handle and manage the possible outcome.
