Printing production introduction
From the beginning of printing industry, we used to have plate-making for large amount production. It prints your packages with a framework, or for simple understanding, a model. There are many well-unknown companies who design and manufacture high quality printing machine. Such as ,Komori,Roland and Heidelberg. Thus, we have printing machine from Komori,Roland and Heidelberg. Having great tools is essential for doing good jobs.
Edge-cutting technology and change of demand
What’s more, as the technology and demand for markets are changing, there are more and more customers who require a small amount for every design. We recognized that demand for the market has a trend to be more customized, rather than higher quantity. The printing method with model is no longer ideal for our customers. Because the cost of the model is fixed. The higher quantity would result a less quotation. Hence, digital printing is now becoming the next generation in the printing industry.
Advantage of digital printing
Digital printing machine is similar to the digital printer that we have in most of the office. It prints with digital information rather than a frame/model. This would certainly and dramatically lower the cost of printing with a low quantity. Because it doesn’t require making a model, it saves time and cost. Consequently, you can have your products with a low quotation. However, the cost of individual products is relatively high in comparison to classic printing. Meanwhile, the speed of printing of digital printing machine is not fast enough nowadays. But we still believe that it would be improved one day and replace classic printing.
Advantages of classic printing
However, with high quantity, classic printing machines still have their advantages as they are just much faster under such conditions.
Process in printing
After trimming the paper into the right dimension(dimension is different according to the dimension of the package), we will start the printing process with our model. The model is made according to the design of your products. You may have your design ready for us or you can also require us to have a design for you. The semi-finished products would then process to the next step, die-cutting.
