Is CMYK or RGB better for printing? The RGB color model is a kind of color standard in the industry. It can get all kinds of colors through the changes of bai Red (R), green (G), and blue DU (B) color channels and their superposition among each other. This standard includes almost all colors that can be perceived by human vision.
CMYK is a four-color printing mode, which used in color printing. It USES the three-primary color mixing principle of color materials and black ink to mix and overlay a total of four colors to form the so-called “full-color printing.”
RGB color and CMYK color are du expressions of two different color modes of BAI.
RGB color model is the most basic color mode, so the RGB color mode important. Whenever an image display on a computer screen, Because the physical structure of the display is RGB compliant, it must be in RGB mode.
CMYK is also called printing color mode, as the name suggests used for printing.
It has one big difference from RGB:
RGB mode is a glowing color mode where you can still see what’s on the screen in a dark room.
CMYK is a color pattern that relies on reflections. How do we read the content of newspapers? It is when sunlight or light hits the newspaper and reflects into our eyes that we see the content.
It needs to be lit from the outside, and if you’re in a dark room you can’t read a newspaper.
As long as the image is displayed on the screen, it is represented in RGB mode. As long as the image is seen in print, it is represented by CMYK mode.
For example, periodicals, magazines, newspapers, posters, etc., are printed out, then it is CMYK mode.
